However, the faculty significantly needs the necessary information, which is composed of the statistic information of admission students and the platform of AUN-QA. Furthermore, most of the relevant data does not have any update or follow the current situation in the faculty. Therefore, it is generally difficult when preparing and revising the organization profile and the other necessary data for quality assurance process before internal and external audit. One of the most interested ideas is improving and developing the data platform of the department for supporting whole compulsory information and analyzing related factors to measure and control the quality assurance due to CUPT QA Standard no 1,2,5 and 6.
